How We Got Here
Owners Dr. Nicole Cundiff and Rev. Drew Phoenix decided for a change in pace and life. With much love for animals and a desire to help others with their stress levels, they decided to buy a farm for rescue animals. Our AirBnB stay is for small groups of guests that want the experience of living close to these animals, in order to enjoy the love and joy that they can bring. Proceeds from stays and experiences go directly to supporting the animals.

GRUMPY DE JESUS
Older Female Cat
We don't usually work with small animals, as large farm animals are our specialty, but we could not look past this super sweet kitty that needs help! She was abandoned, very malnourished, and could not eat due to rotten teeth.
The total for her tests and surgery was $1,100! But we are rehoming her for a nominal $50 fee to help place her in a loving and caring home. She is very sweet! A lap cat for certain!
2 year old Nigerian Dwarf Doe
This little auntie is looking for companionship. She is a good eater and strong. She can be sweet but a little stand offish at times. Her rehoming fee is $100.
Adoption Contract can be found here. For consideration of adopting one of these animal friends, you will need to agree and sign a completed contract. Adoption fees and length of stay of animals up for adoption must be negotiated with a SAS representative prior to completion of the contract.
