This Casita is located on the farm Sweet Animal Sanctuary (SAS) in the Black Canyon corridor. We have many SASsy animals for your to play with, feed treats, and have experiences with. The farm has sheep, goats, alpacas, donkeys, horses, chickens, ducks, turkeys, cats, and dogs (animals vary as this is a sanctuary). We will provide snacks for each type of farm animal for your use. Light breakfast and farm fresh eggs provided.

The SAS is located outside Boise between Horseshoe Bend and Emmett. It is a quick drive to pick up whatever you need to enjoy your remote animal experience.

You can find us after about 5 miles on HWY 52 coming from Horseshoe Bend, once you pass the Gem County sign - we are the 2nd house on the right. If coming from Emmett on HWY 52, after passing Sweet/Montour, we are 2 miles on the left after the large horse dressage.

There are several bars and restaurants within 5 miles, including a 5 star restaurant and butchery- Anderson Reserve (see below). The area has much appeal to the outdoor enthusiast with white water activities, river and lake options, parks, air adventures (zip lines), star viewing, hiking, horseback riding, and so much more!

When entering the farm, the main gate may be closed, but you are free to open it and come and go as you please. Be sure to close the gate after entry if it is closed when you come in.
